created her own leadership renaissance from

executive. Formerly adjunct faculty at
Northeastern University and
University of Rhode Island, adult learning
principles are part of her business approach
to building leadership strength. As
President of her company, LPSI, deriving
experiences from industries including health
care, real estate, retail, financial
services, insurance and the academic
setting, Katharine utilizes her unique
background to forge strategic partnerships
with clients to achieve results while
balancing work with personal life. As a
board vice chair of a non profit and a
mother of five in a blended family, she
